Virtually all Colombian coffee is manufactured by cooperatives, produced by individual farmers. This particular producer, San Lorenzo, is made of indigenous residents of Rio Sucio in Caldas. Established in 1964, we see families banding together with their neighbors to select ripe cherries before processing in micro-beneficios.
