Hacienda El Roble is grown in Santander, Colombia at an altitude of 1,620-1,750 MASL. The farm features a canopy of shade trees covering a diverse ecosystem. The coffees are depulped, dry fermented for 18 hours, washed, and sun-dried or mechanically dried.

Varieties: Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon
Harvest Season: October-December
Tasting Notes: Blackstrap Molasses, Canned Peaches, Lychee

We roast and ship Monday - Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. central time on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. All bags are 300 grams.
