Many smallholder farmers contribute to the making of Turquesa, which includes 4 botanical varieties of coffee: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, & Catuaí. Our first offering from Mexico shows cup characteristics of Fujiapple, red grape, and a mild chocolate undertone. A great introduction to the region.
